    Who should attend?

    Your entire executive   GTM team: CEO/Founder, COO, VP+ Sales, VP+  Marketing, VP+  Customer Success, VP+  RevOps

    Special pricing for teams of 3, 5 or 10 attending together.

    All attendees will be vetted to ensure they meet eligibility requirements. Attendees will only be contacted if their registration is declined. 


    Is there a cost to attend?

    Yes, there is a cost to attend. 

    Members: $775 - $1250

    Non-Member: $875 - $1350

    VIP* Member: $1475 - $1950

    VIP* Non-Member: $1575 - $2050

    3-Pack tickets offer a $50 discount per ticket (3-Pack tickets are for 3 attendees from the same organization)

    5-Pack tickets offer a $75 discount per ticket (5-Pack tickets are for 5 attendees from the same organization)

    10-Pack tickets offer a $100 discount per ticket (10-Pack tickets are for 5 attendees from the same organization)

    *VIP Ticket Includes: VIP Dinner invite, access to a semi-private meeting room, elevated snack and giveaways.

    Ticket prices increase close to the event date. Register early for the biggest savings.


    Are there refunds if I can't attend?

    Unfortunately there are no refunds after September 10, 2023. Tickets can be transferred to another attendee who meets the eligibility requirements.

    Multi-Pack tickets can only be transferred. 


    What is included with registration?

    Interactive workshops, insightful panels, private roundtable discussions, breakfast, lunch, snacks, happy hour and offsite networking activities are all included at this event.


    Is there a room block? 

    Yes, a discounted rate of $329/night is available on the Pavilion GTM2023 room block at the Omni Nashville. Special link to book at the discount rate will be provided in the registration confirmation email. Be sure to book on the Pavilion room block for a special welcome gift!

    Can I bring a guest to the Summit?

    All attendees must purchase a ticket and meet the eligibility requirements.


    Is the event Hybrid?

    No, we want to see all attendees live and in person so they don’t miss the chance to experience a day of interactive sessions among their peers.


    Will sessions be recorded?

    Many sessions are interactive workshops, so only limited session recordings will be available after the event to registered attendees. 


    What are the COVID protocols?

    The health and safety of attendees and sponsors is important to the Pavilion Team.

    Below are our current health & safety standards. As we draw closer to the event, these standards will be re-evaluated and updated based on current COVID-19 conditions. We will provide additional information to attendees prior to the event.

    We ask that attendees not attend the event if he/she/they:

    • Tested positive for COVID within 10 days of the event.
    • Have been exposed to COVID within 5 days of the event.
    • Or are showing symptoms of COVID on the day or 3 days prior to the event.

    Attendees assume all risks, including COVID exposure and any resulting effects, in attending this event, and are expected to follow all official health guidelines. Pavilion will not be held liable for any injury, harm or loss incurred.
